11 April 2009 - Tintinhull Gardens.

A return visit to the gardens which we last visited in August 2008.

The view from the house steps through the gardens.

Looking back towards the house. As you would expect there is less colour in the garden than in the height of summer.

The ornamental pond and fountain.

There were only a few rows of vegetables in the Kitchen garden. We think these were Pear trees in blossom.

Newly dug beds.

The main colour in the borders was from the spring bulbs. Here the dominant colour is the yellow of the Tulips.

This is the lawn in the Cedar court garden with a Magnolia tree in full blossom.
