18 May 2008 - Sutton Bingham Reservoir

First stop on a Sunday afternoon cycle ride.

A view of the dam on the north eastern corner of the reservoir. It looks like all the recent work is now complete. The water level is now right up. Compare with my pictures taken on 27 January by following this link.

These first shots were taken from the memorial garden at the Netherton corner of the reservoir. There are rows of trees here all with a memorial plaque in memory of a loved one. It is a very nice and peaceful location.

On the causeway now. A small gaggle of Canada Geese.

On the western side of the causeway there were a lot of model boats in the water racing in competition.
