22 April 2011 - Milton Abbas

A very warm April afternoon. It felt more like a May or June day.

Milton Abbey school. Taken from the road to Hilton.

The village church of St James and the typical Milton Abbas cottages.

This is the Post Office. I am not sure if it is still running.

The village pub, The Hambro Arms, where we sat outside and had a very welcome drink in the warm afternoon sun.

This dwelling looks like it used to be a chapel. The date over the door is 1896.
