A return visit following the wind and rain from yesterday. What a difference a day makes. The weather today was sunny but quite breezy.
Walking into town from the car park at Lodmoor. The light was very strong in this direction resulting in an almost black and white look.
The colourful beach huts. You could almost image it what was summer!
A pair of gulls scavenging on the shoreline.
The very elegant Brunswick Terrace.
Getting closer to the centre. These people remind me of Lowry’s matchstick people.
Playing at the waters edge. White Nothe across the bay.
A few more people around than yesterday. Jubilee clock.
The town centre was very busy with bargain hunters.
Walking back along the beach to Lodmoor. Approaching the old pier.
Bowleaze cove in the distance.
There was quite a bit of spindrift from the waves today.
The promenade walk to Bowleaze cove. An ominous grey cloud passing ahead of us.
We were lucky the shower did not hit us. However, just along the coast they obviously were having rain.
Back at the car park. The view over Lodmoor RSPB reserve.
