7 November 2004 - Weymouth

The section of the Dorset Coastal Path from Bowleaze Cove to Weymouth Harbour.

To start this section we first had to walk to the eastern end of the beach to Bowleaze.

Whitenothe just visible through the gloom.

Slump deposits on the beach.

The holiday camp at Bowleaze Cove.

We have now just got to walk back along the front to Weymouth Harbour.

The promenade near Lodmoor RSPB reserve.

Weymouth Sea front.

The Jubilee Clock tower. Built to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria in 1887. This picture is blurred because of the slow exposure in the poor late afternoon light.

Not many people on the beach today.

Weymouth Pavilion.

Journeys end at Weymouth Harbour. (Just got to walk back to Bowleaze now to get the car!)
