On the last day of our short trip to Normandy we visited Barfleur. Barfleur lies about 20km east of Cherbourg. Barfleur is twinned with Lyme Regis in Dorset.
A long shot looking north towards the light house, Phare de Gatteville.
The 17th century church of St Nicolas.
The quayside was very quiet. I expect it is quite different in the summer!
The main street through the town.
The fishing fleet.
In this final shot across the water I am reminded of St Ives in Cornwall.
