Now I know what the Gaggle of Geese is. I have often seen the sign on the Sherborne to Dorchester road. They have a goose auction here twice a year. Follow this link.

New Years day 2009 - Very frosty on the giants head road above Buckland Newton. This was mid day.

You could easily think this was snow.

There was no frost in Sherborne when we left.
