A trip down memory lane for me. I used to live just north of Cheltenham when I was young.

Neptunes Fountain was designed by Joseph Hall. The fountain is probably fashioned on the Trevi Fountain in Rome. It was carved by local company Boulton and Sons in 1893. Neptune, the Roman god of the sea, is shown with sea horses and tritons. The building behind the fountain used to be the ABC cinema.
