A short stop on our way home from Dunkery Beacon.

A visit to the town on the West Somerset Railway.

We did not have enough time to do much walking on the promenade. The seafront looking west to the harbour.

The greatest attraction on the day was Tornado. Tornado is a Peppercorn Class A1 Pacific Steam Locomotive. The project to build the locomotive was launched in 1990 and finally after 18 years work the locomotive ran for the first time under her own steam in 2008.

She is clearly a much loved loco. She was immaculately clean.

There were many admirers wanting a closer look.

The locomotive is painted in LNER Apple Green.
