This is my first visit to the city of Oxford. A city famous for its university and the connection with Morse.

Carfax Tower at the junction of Queen Street with High Street. This is all that remains of the 12th century St Martin’s church. This is considered to be the centre of the city.

The Tower of The Five Orders from the Bodleian Library Quad. The tower sits above the main entrance to the library. The tower is no named because it is ornamented, in ascending order, with columns of each of the five orders of classical architecture: Tuscan, Doric, Ionic, Corinthian and Composite.
